For what it's worth, I made a plugin that does exactly what disawar's plugin does and it works right every time. create_panic_event always fires first, triggered_car_alarm always fires second.

disawar made a plugin called Say Event which is useful for this type of thing. You can see what order events fire in.

There is a plugin for l4d2, Exploding Cars I think it was called. It is able to know what car is being shot at, after it's "health" is run down it explodes.

Theoretically you should be able to find all the alarm cars in the level, keep track of who shot a car last, see if the panic event fires, then the alarm goes off.

Or, you could block all the alarms and handle them all yourself.

Ive always wanted a public version of this sort of plugin, that not only reveals the car alarm trigger person, but the person who triggers crescendos. I've always seen different incarnations of it on L4D1 or L4D2 servers, but never a public release.

The plugin that disawar1 uploaded, does in fact work marvelously in terms of car alarms though.
