I was wondering if someone could make a new rules displaying plugin because the rest i found on this site are not good enough because they end up crashing my server because it spams the console or it show half of the rules in the radar. Also i am taling about a rules displaying plugin that does not use motd style but more of a tsay format. Thanks.

if u read what i said earlier i said i already looked at the ones in there and on the forums and tried most of them except for the motd style ones but i did not like them or they crashed my server. I am not a noob at plugin searching or installing but i am when it comes to coding. just need a simple plugin to show the rules in a tsay kind of format thats it.
