Hey.. i want to create a standadlone server of cs 1.6....i used HLDS without updating but when i give my static IP to others they are unable to connect even i can't connect with my static Ip.. i m able to connect with my server IP but nobody else...PLZ help me...

If you have a Router, then apply Port Forwarding.
Check Port (of game server, 27015 by default) here:
http://ping.eu/port-chk/

Your connection also can be through NAT, it's bad news.

im not using a router...im using a 3g dongle......

and @Mordekay... i m not using HLDSupdatetool.

Most mobile providers apply nat on their network so you're not able to get incoming connections
