Is possible to make hostages climb?
Like if the come in contact width a ladder then move them upwards

Cant really help much, but I dont think so considering they cant in regular CS.

register_touch and then use set_user_origins ? lol

That could possibly work...

But it would have to be a gradual one, and when they reached the top of the ladder, they would have to go inwards, instead of falling off like a retard...

Well you could check the player they are following to see if his origin is higher then theirs. Also check to see if the player is touching a func ladder? Then get the players upward velocity and sit it to the hostages.

Hmm.. i don't know, it was possible in earlier versions of cs (the hostages could swim too)
