I noticed that there is for example a weapon script called weapon_usp.txt, however I checked the entity name of the new silenced USP and it's still weapon_hkp2000. Does anyone know how I can spawn the new weapons, and how to add/remove the silencer?

This is not sourcemod issue. You can choose either usp or hkp from your game lobby (inventory).

In gamemode_xxxxxx.cfg you can find:
mp_ct_default_melee weapon_knife
mp_ct_default_secondary weapon_hkp2000
mp_ct_default_primary ""
mp_t_default_melee weapon_knife
mp_t_default_secondary weapon_glock
mp_t_default_primary ""

Even if it says hkp2000, I still got usp because I chose it in inventory.

E: Oh, and you can take silencer off by clicking mouse2.

No, it's more complex than that. If you type "give weapon_m4a1" in console, with the old M4A4 replaced with the silenced M4A1 in your loadout, the game will still spawn the old M4A4. Surely there must be a way in SourceMod to spawn the new weapons directly.

As for the silencer- you don't think there is a way to add or remove it by changing some entity properties?

The new weapons with silencer can be called by:

weapon_usp_silencer
weapon_m4a1_silencer
