But if I remove the plugin precache gives me error "precache xxx ..."

You cannot avoid the precache limit. Other servers are able to precache more because the map does not precache many items. There are 3 lists (Generic, Sounds, Models) and each of them has a hardcoded limit of 512.

If you already tried everything but I mean like I can use Sounds, Models, sprites ... without a plugin precache because the files are already included in the setup.exe of my MOD CS 1.6 so I think it is unnecessary to precache.
But it gives me error "not precache" as I can fix it?

I found the plugin precache_control.amxx and now if I can load maps previously failed!
I think this plugin prevents precaches useless.
Also I have a plugin that tells me how many entities are cached and how much I get to 507!

You cannot use a file that is not precached
