[SOLVED]Map specific plugin not working

Hi there, I´m trying to disable Hats_fixed.amxx plugin for de_dust2 map, I´ve tried this:
1-created a maps folder inside:cstrike\addons\amxmodx\configs
2-Inside maps folder created a file named:plugins-de_dust2(with .ini extension)
3-Inside that file I´ve puted:Hats_fixed.amxx disable
But it seems somehow is not working, could someone help me pls?

I´ve already went to this page http://wiki.amxmodx.org/Configuring_AMX_Mod_X#Maps and I think I´ve followed instructions step by step

Show us the output of the following commands while the server is on the map in question

rcon status
rcon amxx version
rcon amxx plugins
