I think it is the best to use set_task with small numbers like that

Don't use get_gametime() for set render 2 sec
Is complicated for a simple thing

With set_task..
PHP Code:
public SetROnPlayerid ) {
        if(
is_user_aliveid ) )

set_user_rendering(idkRenderFxGlowShellcolor_REDcolor_GREENcolor_BLUEkRenderNormal25);

// color_RED -> 0/255
           // color_GREEN -> 0/255
           // color_BLUE -> 0/255

set_task2.0"RemoveROnPlayer"id );
}

public
RemoveROnPlayertask ) {
       new
id task;

set_user_rendering(idkRenderFxGlowShell000kRenderNormal25);

// remove render...
