Well. It's stated in the rules that you should search BEFORE asking a question.
This has to be the most frequent question ever. You should find about 1000 threads that should answer your question.

On top of that, you don't specify what type of file you want to read from. Is it binary? Is it ASCII text? Are you looking to read it in a specific way? Line by line or char by char for example. Is it supposed to ignore comments? How is the file formatted? Do you need help processing the result from the file?

No information gets you no help. All I can help you with because of the lack of information is fopen().
