two possibilities

1. it may be a separate model used by a plugin.
2. if it's not a separate one, then it must be an embedded part of the player model, like the terrorist's backpack.

I opt for the first possibility, cause I already saw those models (yellow and red), maybe somewhere in the most popular thread of zp (2011 or 2012).
