Guys i need plugins of Jailbreak mod

Im making a JailBreak mod but i wan't not jailbreak mod like other jailbreak mods i wan't jailbreak mod with orders...

I need...

1. Days Menu (only 4 days) /// Zombie Day,Jedi Day,Ghost Day,Riot Day (but only admins can made this days)
2. Rebel System
3. Last Request
4. JailBreak Menu (only for admins)
5. Paint+Grab (only for admins)
6. Jailbreak Team Balance (example: 4ct's:16T's)

I mean im trying to get the copy of ExtremeRageCz JailBreak Mod (with orders...)
Please help me i need this plugins... some1 code for me or find for me??
