Man, discuss about the problem in question, not post another craps please.

About topic, its HL1 based Game events (http://wiki.amxmodx.org/Half-Life_1_Game_Events)
If has any events to allow you to change the scoreboard (I think its have a particular event)

Yeah I checked the events a while ago and there's none that allows hiding clients from the scoreboard.

I have no idea which function that is. Does anyone know? I looked through CGameRules but I don't think there's a function that controls this. Only thing I found is ClientConnected which wouldn't work anyways.

I don't think CGameRules functions will be able to help. You'll need to look through the game dll and see exactly what happens when a player disconnects and what functions are called. This also interests me so I'll have a look when I'm on my pc.

Use IDA, and see Arkshine's tutorial to make a signature

Just an update - I tried calling CHalfLifeMultiplay::ClientDisconnected on the player in client_putinserver and the results were rather interesting, however not what I wanted in the slightest.

It would not be a smooth disconnect because some things are handled client side and then calls g_pGameRules->ClientDisconnected().
