    On a new map let syou set the starting money fo rbots.

    This lets you set start money differently for humans and bots.
    Set mp_startmoney = the amount you want humans to start with.
    Set sm_botmoney = the amount you want bots to start with.

    You should account for if a bot is added mid-game.
