ok I have download fresh new files from steam and put the server.CFG in and server says its out of date making no scene to me can some tell me whats wrong or anyone else has the same issue. Thanks

CS:S? Did you switch to SteamCMD to download the server or are you still using hldsupdatetool (now obsolete)? CS:S recently changed to a new format. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_...2519-IGXC-8453
