Is this currently broken? I've had it set to "1" for years and has worked until recently. Now it opens the default server motd instead.

EDIT:I found that it only works if I use the motd.txt file for the server. I was using "motdfile custommotdname.txt" in the server.cfg. It used to work fine that way but not now.
