I want to know if it's possible to retrieve a response from a command(with parameters) sent from a plugin to another on the same server, and what the best method of doing so is.

An example would be like plugin#1 sends a hooked say command to plugin#2 then plugin#1 retrieves a return code.

Don't use say commands for something like that. Use natives instead.
