don't worry im back and currently improving this plugins.

• Description
  • The trusted menu is meant to keep the server moving when there are no admins available, without the ability to cause any sort of permanent damage.
  • Players that are given Trusted have access to a few commands which can be accessed by using !tmenu.
    
    
  • Note that this is my first plugin that is ever released !

• Features
  • With this Plugin you can give a person access to these actions:
    • Kick
    • Slay
    • Respawn
    • Swap
    • More, if requested.
  • Logs
  • Private Chat for Trusted players.

• Commands
  • sm_givetrust <name> - Gives trusted to a player.
  • sm_removetrust <name> - Removes players Trusted.
  • sm_removetrustid <SteamID> - Removes players Trusted if he's not online.
  • !tspawn - Respawns a player.
  • !tswap - Swaps a player.
  • !tkick - Kicks a player.
  • !tslay - Slays a player.
  • !t - Private chat for Trusted

• ConVars
  • sm_trusted_enable - enables/disables the plugin.
  • sm_trusted_kmsg - The Kick Reason.
  • sm_trusted_version - So obvious.

• Installations
  • Install it like any other plugins, download the trustedmenu.smx file then put it on addons/sourcemod/plugins folder.

Wait, so if there's no admin on, then it'll give a person you choose these commands? Or will that person always have the commands?

Nope, if you type !givetrust <playername> it will give them access to !tmenu to help the server out whether there is an admin or not, And they will have it perm unless they are removed from the Database.

How do you remove them from the database?

A suggestion is to add a INT in the MySQL table to enable / disable members with a 1 or 0. Also do you have any php knowledge , if you do implant a basic web interface to add/delete members aswell.

A separate log for all the actions trusted member do would also be nice since even trusted members could abuse it.
