Hud Chat Admin (Rewritten)

• • Because in normal chat appear so much messages (like a radio text or player commands spam), i make this plugin, only for admins .
• Command is simple: "say" and after character '!'.
• Example : say !Hello, my nick is Dwight.

• I have added a few cvars.

hca_colormode <0/1>
• Which color have hud text ( 0 - default color (cvar), 1 - admin flags color (config file) )

hca_defaultcolor "111 222 333"
• Which color have hud text ( in default colormode (hca_colormode 0) )

hca_showtime "5.0" 
• How long time to appear hud text on screen ( hud text appear when another admin use say !)

hca_position "0.05 0.65"
• Position of hud text.

hca_showmode <0/1>
• If this cvar have value 0, every line appear bottom up, if is 1, from top to bottom.

• •If cvar hca_colormode value is 1, color of text is set by admin flags that using chat.
  In config file (HCA.ini) you can set color for another flags.
  Example:
  bcefij 255 255 255
  // flags rrr ggg bbb

• Restrict: Text not support more 60 characters because in hud message , text will be split ( 69 max? ).

How appear chat on hud, you can see in those demos:

For everyone, god/bad joob, I rewritten this plugin because I do not want to remain it unsolved .

That's it.
I don't find how to write every chat line. (sorry , bad english).
I know that hud message appear by argument: channel=4.
if is two hudmessage in same chanel, they overlap

Can you add a cvar like : hud msg avaliable only to admins?

when admins are chating with that its kinda anoying for players because it has nothing to do with them..

If you can make sure "u@" also work on hud that would be great (better way to let an admin whos playing know theres a hacker)
