The Vaccinator is broken. Somehow. Something to do with its conditions. At any rate, it's crashing/hanging servers. This plugin removes the attributes of any Vaccinators that players equip, making them act like the default Medi Gun. So if you just got Strange Festive Vaccinator #1, you can show it off without breaking the server.

    Requires the TF2Items extension.

A temporary plugin for a (hopefully) temporary bug. Code stolen acquired from VS Saxton Hale Mode because I'm lazy, and it has good stocks.

    Edit:

You heard the duck. Grab a snapshot and stop using this plugin.

Edit 2: Srsly. Stahp. Removed the plugin as it's no longer needed.
    Ze code, for historical purposes

At first I was skeptical about this plugin and whether or not it would work but after installing it, all of my crash problems went away like magic!
I recommend this plugin for anyone that enjoys running stable servers. 10/10

    Thanks Master.

Since using this our TF2 servers have stayed up - no crashes at all.

    Presumably in build 1.5.0-hg3719.

Yeah, my servers are on 3718, so that one's most likely fixed.

    Updated the OP.

build 1.5.0-hg3719 does fix it. war3evo servers are running that build just fine. I have the Vaccinator myself and tested it myself. Works Great!

Hello there,I'm not sure this bug it's only me or not.
This plugin forbidden the Vaccinator it's work, but also foridden other medic weapon like quick-fix,Kritzkrieg etc.other player tell me those weapon can't use in the game.if you try to using them, the game will auto change your weapon to default medi gun.
After unload this plugin, player can use other weapon again, please check it.

Not sure what's going on there. The plugin specifically checks for The Vaccinator (item 998) and does nothing to any equipped item if it's not item index 998. It worked perfectly for me.

That said, you shouldn't be using this plugin at all anymore, and you should get a new SM snapshot. 3719 in the dev branch works fine.
