[CS:GO]A proper Autoteambalancer

I've been searching but havent found it yet. Or I might be very blind

But an autoteambalancer like in CSS. One that realy calculates the skill of a player so it will be proper managed?

i've seen that one. But:

I also read all the posts regarding that plugin. But haven't read yet is actually calculates the skill of a player like in CSS

CS:S' built-in teambalance doesn't do anything special, if you're using a plugin for CS:S for it, it'll likely still work in CS:GO.
