I have a default install of amxx. When I say something it shows the string 2-3 times. Like "say timeleft"

User: "speaker says the time"
User: "speaker says the time"
User: "speaker says the time"

How can I fix this?

EDIT:
I delelted that "loopback" entry in the users.ini and seems to have fixed the above problem.

Something else I noticed. When the end of map auto vote starts it lists the same map twices.

1. 2fort
2. well
3. badlands
4. well...

I only have the default maps for TFC, but there is like 18 of em. Is there simply not enough maps for it to randomly pick from?
