I need a plugin that does the following:

Upon server startup/map change, download a specific text file from a URL (overwriting the file if it already exists) and display the contents of this text file by a configurable cvar (default to display every 5 minutes but can be disabled).

Remind a player who has been playing for 3 hours and every 3 hours after that; a preconfigured text message (by looking at the connection time of player).

P.S. I've already done extensive research and i know that the character limit for single line text is 125 for all engines.

I also need a plugin for AMXModX, but i figured i would make another thread in the appropriate forum (unless you're able to make it too).

How much would you charge for the plugin?

I was going to do that, but at the bottom of the text area it says "This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts." and i didnt want to risk getting banned.

You won't get banned. That's just a default string that hasn't been changed (I think). You're still supposed to use it to report a thread that's in the wrong section.

Franc1sco wasn't able to make the plugin in the timeframe i needed it so im looking for a coder to make it.

Optimally the plugin should use the cURL extension (http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=152216).

Any takers? I need this plugin done asap (meaning with a few days tops).

Couldn't this be done using Advertisements/Extended Advertisements?

Yeah probably, likely parts of different plugins could be hacked together to create a frankenpluin that does this. Every time ive tried doing this though, i crashed and burned. Horribly.

That's why i need a coder to make it for me.
