I want this plugin to start the " rain/snow event " after 110 seconds from round start ( in last 45 seconds from round , my server have 2.30 minutes per round) and at round end , the rain/snow event will end and next round will start again on last 50 seconds ..

why to complicate your life ? just configure it to change every map change. that's all .
