supporter benefits for CT in jailbreak

This is my first public plugin.
Flag required to use this plugin is CUSTOM1.

This plugin gives CT supporters the ability to spawn :
ak47
awp
m4a1

commands :
sm_ak47
sm_awp
sm_m4a1

The weapons are restricted for Terrorists supporters.
You can only spawn one weapon each round to prevent spam / gun plant.
