So I found using the NoMvM extension resolved this problem, yet I have it again. Even with the extension loaded.
PHP Code:
Attemped to precache unknown particle system "spark_elecric01"!
Netchannelfailed reading message net_SetConVar from <server i.p
The extension is loaded.
PHP Code:
[03NoMvM (0.0.0.2): MvM Precache Hook 
Is there still honestly no fix for this?

NoMvM seemed to fix it for awhile after MvM came out, but yeah recently it doesn't help anymore.

Only known solution is to stop precaching stuff, which is hardly a solution.
