I have no idea if this around other than the normal kick ban options in admin, But I like to find away to display in general chat in a bright color and maybe bold to the player that is about to be kick or ban something like:

Dear (players name), you have X seconds to read this
You are being (kick/ban) for being (disrespectful)
You now have (time limit) time to find a new server to play!

I think currently when a player is kicked or ban, they really don't get a chance to see why.
This I think will let them see that they are going Bye Bye in X secs.

Either case, if they leave ahead of time, I think the SteamID and all should of been saved before display.

There is a <message>/<reason> parameter for both kick and ban that the player will see when they are kicked

Yes, I know you will now get two ban and kick command option in admin menu, but it's small problem in the universe.
So please don't ask "how I remove Sourcemod base plugins commands from admin menu".
