[CS:S] Capitulation/Ergeben

Description:

This is a Plugin for Jailservers. If you write !e, !ergeben, !c, !capitulation into the Chat, all of your weapons get stripped and you get the color green.
Supports language Files!

Cvar/Command list:

sm_c/!c - Command to capitulate
sm_e/!e - Command to capitulate
sm_capitulation/!capitulation - Command to capitulate
sm_ergeben/!ergeben - Command to capitulate
sm_capitulation_enable - Set to 0 to Disable the Plugin.
sm_capitulation_timer - Time after the player get a knife.


Changelog:

2012-30-06 (v1.0) * Initial release.

Installation instructions:

capitulate.smx: Put it to your addons/sourcemod/plugins folder.
capitulate.sp: Put it to your addons/sourcemod/scripting folder.!Not neccesary!
capitulation.txt: Put it to your addons/sourcemod/translations folder.

The config will be automatically created in your cfg/sourcemod/plugin.capitulation.cfg

The zipfile contains all of the things except the config!

Here's an update that works for CS: GO after the update.

Ts can pick up weapons after capitulation

Please give us a config-file for this plugin, to set up how often a T could capitulate.
Only once per time is not the really good realization for us an we want to have the Option to choose it.
