Go Tools -> Settings and then click on Compiler Settings.
In the first field ( Compiler ) browse and find your compiler application ( amxxpc.exe ). It might be something like eg.
Code:
C:\steam\steamapps\yourname\counter-strike\cstrike\addons\amxmodx\scripting\amxxpc.exe
As for developing your just going to have to look through tutorials to figure out how PAWN code works.

Please post in normal text. All bold, all underlined, all caps are very annoying and should never be used as such. FYI. This will make it better for both of us if you want to be a part of the community.

Good Luck with your plugins!

You're also going to have to DL the AMXX libraries, includes, and modules. You can get this at the amxx website
http://www.amxmodx.org/downloads.php
grab the AMX mod X base. (for your respective OS) -windows will give you a .zip -linux will give you a tar.gz

here's my daily resource when i'm coding. it tell syou all the functions and use of the AMXX api and includes
http://www.amxmodx.org/funcwiki.php

I also highly suggest reading a lot of the code of plugins you like to use. And playing with them, just to start yourself off.
