motd's are written in HTML. You'll have to put the xp through SQL then from SQL to a webhost, then back to your motd.

This?

Code:
#include <amxmodx> #include <amxmisc> new Example; public plugin_init() {     Example = register_cvar("amx_example", "5");     register_clcmd("say /motd", "CmdShowMotd"); } public CmdShowMotd(id) {     new Motd[500];     formatex(Motd, 499, "Your XP: n^%d", get_pcvar_num(Example));         show_motd(id, Motd, "Title"); }

That entirely depends on what else is in the MOTD. If you can't already do what kramesa said then you need to stop coding or try harder.
