Hi, I was wondering, is there any way to add steam id's or all admins to a list of people immune to SMAC bans? Thanks in advance

So, do i put that in the SMAC cfg? or what? And is there any way to do it just by steam id

This plugin should give all players with the 'o' flag immunity to SMAC. I'm posting it here so I can refer back to it again.

Kinda defeat's smac's purpose to let admins be immune tho if you ask me.

I'm giving the benefit of the doubt in this case because admins can already cheat using server-side plugins (godmode, noclip, etc). It wouldn't make sense to risk getting VAC banned just to join your own server with hacks running.

Which brings up a question not related to this post, sorry. IF Vac is disabled on the server then is there still a possibility of Vac ban if I was using cheats? Always wanted to know that because the majority of servers I find hackers on are Non-Vac.

To my knowledge yes it still can issue a VAC Ban, but VAC banned users can still play on non-VAC secure servers. This is my current understanding anyways.

Lets say Op runs a bhop server, and now all the admins can use a shared bhop scipt.
And no you can not get vac banned from a non vac server.
This I know cause thats where I used to check cheats and how I set my server while testing before I got my second account.
I did this for several years, using the same account.

Non Vac = vac will not check your account ever.
