Can anyone create a plugin that can ban admins with immunity?

Look in admincmd.sma and find these lines:

public cmdBan(id, level, cid)
{
    // ...
    
    new player = cmd_target(id, target, CMDTARGET_OBEY_IMMUNITY | CMDTARGET_NO_BOTS | CMDTARGET_ALLOW_SELF)
    
    // ...
}

public cmdBanIP(id, level, cid)
{
    // ...
    
    new player = cmd_target(id, target, CMDTARGET_OBEY_IMMUNITY | CMDTARGET_NO_BOTS | CMDTARGET_ALLOW_SELF)
    
    // ...
}

Change to

    new player = cmd_target(id, target, CMDTARGET_NO_BOTS | CMDTARGET_ALLOW_SELF)
