I need man who creat for me respawn plugin who works 20 sec and respawn piople for 1 sec .. After 20 sec plugin auto disable .. I need this plugin for deathrun server...

All You need is here:

Non Admin Respawn

and into Your sourcemod.cfg add this:

sm_nonadminrespawn_timer "20"

then Your players will be able to use !respawn on the chat for 20 seconds after RoundStart.
