uhh I don't get it.

Were is the picture being uploaded at after taking the screenshot?

So it doesn't ask permission from the suspected hacker if they want to upload the screenshot or not?

please elaborate on this.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

1. You type /eam and then choose a player from the menu
2. Once I've picked a player I will get a message from the server in the chat
3. Then I will get a MOTD showing pictures?

What's the point with this plugin? You are choosing a player but you do nothing with the target.

If the settings are correct, showed an image of the chosen player playing to see if not using programs that benefit (Cheater)
