"NovaRunda" is a global event, so you cant have a 'id' parametar in public NovaRunda(id)

->

public NovaRunda()

something on our language:
vec napravljeno milose

As it's been said remove the argument in the event hook. Also, remove this on line 35 (that is actually one of the reasons it doesn't work since you don't increase the id by TASK_TIMER):
Code:
set_task(1.0, "CountDown", id)

and change line 21 to:
Code:
set_task(1.0, "CountDown", id + TASK_TIMER, _, _, _, "a", 120)
