yes you can modify it.

the model you are showing is from the version 1.0 of this plugin: HNS Win Messages • 1.1
the original plugin is here: [ZP] Sub-Plugin: New Win Messages 1.4.

you can easily modify it, just make the background of your picture in black to remake it to transparent. read the posts 103 & 104

Really interested in this too. Making the sprites and/or models is easy (I think it's possible to use either?!) What I'd love to have is the actual plugin without all the zombie plague stuff.

many good plugins are only available for zombie plague. why coders don't wan't to make a version for non-zp ?? like this fixed version of zp-goldenAK47.
