Hello, I would like to get a few mods for my JB server. If these mod already exist I would appreciate a link to them. I know of mods such as jailbreak extreme that have this and more but id rather keep this server simple.

1. Voice controller: All Ts are muted, All CTs are not, All admins are not muted, and Admins can read all text chat.

2. Cell opener: after X amount of time the cells will be opened.

3. I'm sure that there are a few last request mods out there but i cant find them... can someone link me one or two if you know of any
