I have this problem that when i in an MOTD try to scroll down it will not work!
here is my code:

You have to remove the DOCTYPE declaration on the webpage.

But, I'm guessing that you don't have control over that webpage (free hosting with advertising) so you are probably not going to be able to remove it.

Yeah, on your server. Just put it in motd.txt.
