PreMinidumpCallback: updating dump comment

Anyone know what this could possibly mean? My TF2 servers keep on crashing with that error after the update. Sometimes it even lists a bunch of extensions even though I'm running a clean install of SourceMod.

I'm running CentOS 5.5.

That isn't an error, it's a message stating Valve's crash handler has kicked in.

Any help on fixing this? seems to happen to my server a few hours after starting it up. it also kinda freezes after the PreMinidumpCallback so no automatic restart :-(
