[Caps Lock Fuck Yeah]

I run an achievement server on a spare linux box i have. Its dualcore, but it doesnt have that much bandwidth. What are the absolute minimum rate, commandrate, and updaterate settings i can use. Currently i'm using

sv_minrate 5000
sv_maxrate 7500
sv_minupdaterate 33
sv_mincmdrate 33
sv_maxupdaterate 33
sv_maxcmdrate 33
fps_max 30

These work ok, but i was wondering if its possible to go any lower without completely fucking something up.
