If you're not going to help him then it doesn't mean that nobody else will be helping him...and you clearly have no idea what you are talking about.

He is asking for a plugin which would allow admins with IMMUNITY flag reload 50% faster.

It is possible but you can't (if i'm not mistaken) speed up reload animations, so it'll be quite ugly.

OP i think you should make up a better bonus for admins, suggest one and i'll try to program one for you.

Yes, this is the idea. It doesn't matter it is ugly or not. I've seen this in some kind of gun mod but i don't know exactly the name of it .
