For TF2 (and maybe some other Source games, I don't play) you can use the host_timescale command to either speed up everything or make it run in glorious slowmo.
Problem is, doing so without setting and keeping sv_cheats to and at 1 will cause massive lag. But with cheats enabled, some players of course will play unfair.
So I ask, is it possible to make a plugin that does this without having to turn cheats on and keep it like that?
