is there something like a bot manager that can be used with metamod or sourcemod? i think nighteam.com uses a bot manager via metamod.
eg someone comes into the server, a bot leaves and so on

There are cvars for this. Open your console and type

find tf_bot

No need for a plugin. There used to be one floating around but it's outdated and no longer works because the author quit updating it when Valve added bot management functionality to the game.

when i try it in new game, they don't play. there just standing there, how can i make them play normaly?
