This plugin trivially slay players, who respawned before N time. For example, on DeathRun server some players may connected on the middle or end of round. And instead of make suicide, this player runs to kill terrorist >__<
CVAR's:
pr_slaytime (time)(default: 15) - time, after which the players can not respawn.
pr_printnotice (0/1/2)(default: 1):
0 - don't print msg for admins that the player connected and may respawn.
1 - print like amx_chat.
2 - print like hud-msg.
pr_resetfrags (0/1)(default: 1) - reset player's frags / deaths to 0? Just when slay player, he's frags / deaths displayed as -1 / 1.
pr_admflag (adminflags)(default: b) - what flag must have administator for print message on pr_printnotice 2?
