[L4D2] Overwrite lobby reservation

Well I was thinking about something like this:
Some of the people are using mm_dedicated_force_servers and sv_search_key to force their servers, but what when its full?
Is there any way to make if the lobby leader has an admin on forced server the server will accept the new lobby and kick others from server?

when the server is full, use hlsw (or some similar remote rcon tool) and kick everyone.

either that or just restart the server.

besides the fact that it seems valve fixed the search key issues -so only people who know the ip or search key can get on your server. this means your most likely gonna boot people you shouldnt.

Add an extra slot and set it as a reserve slot. This is of course if you pay your GSP for the extra slot. I'm your GSP will give you the free slot if you explain to him what it's for.

My server is hosted on my own rootserver, I can set as many slots as I want

but still, I want a plugin that makes everything automatic.
