Hey guys, hopefully theirs a coder somewhere who would want to do this.

The only problem with SuperVersus is people not being to see their scores, their team members health, items, etc.

I know that it isn't possible to extend the hud, but I don't see why it couldn't be replaced by a text hud either on theleft hand side that I've seen in other plugins like Perkmod and XbetaAlphas Infected Char Select, or a colour coded chat option.

Then the hud at the bottom of the screen could be removed too, like I've seen in the BlindLuck plugin.

So the plugin gets all of the information from the current survivors.
The HUD should be able to be toggled on and off by players as well by a simple chat command, !hud I suppose would work. All the players should be able to use the command.

Not as much interested in one for the infected teams, maybe one could be done under a different chat command?
Not as important really.

PILL, ADL, MED, DEFRx/100, MOL, PIP were what I was thinking for abbreviations and colour coded as well would be great.

Maybe the writing for pills and adren could be white, medkit being red, defrib being orange. Health being green, molos and pipes being blue, and the survivors name in orange.

So a little template of what the writing would look like in chat.

There was a plugin for Left 4 Dead, which exactly did this: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=103762
Maybe this will help you.

Wrote a plugin on my own xD
But it is massively spamming the chat, maybe a panel would be better (but then without colors).

Just checked it out, it's great.
I think your right, a side panel would be better. It's amazing what you've done though. hehe

Just a couple more requests.

Can the normal L4D2 hud at the bottom be removed?

Can your panel hud initially be turned off? Then users toggle it on using !hud

That's because I'm using Perkmod, and want players to have a chance setting there perks before the round start. Then when they're done they can toggle the panel hud on.

No, because health bars and panels/menus work on the same layer in Left 4 Dead and would be both disabled.

Fixed. There is a simple define at the beginning of the source, where you can change this behaviour.

The only problem I'm having is when more than 4 people connect to a team, some of them can't get !hud to work.
I think it has something to do with the clones? They same goes for the infected also, some people in the team can't get it too work either, it just doesn't appear.

Everything else is perfect.

If the server is full can you post the respone of the "users" servercommand? Just want to know what clientindexes and userids they have.
(Dont need to post name/steamid for privacy )

Ahh I found out that it was actually just the second round where it wouldn't work.

All I did was comment out the hook on round_event_end and it worked.

I decided to keep the spammy chat one simply because I wanted the colours, and got !hud working like you did in the version with panels.
