[CS:S] Record/save the VoiceChat data

Particularly in CS Source, is there any (known) way to have the Server generate a sound file from what is talked in VoiceChat ? I tried to use "voice_recordtofile" for that but got suspicious of its usage so I Googled and found out it's a client CVar.
