Vote save to txt file

Hi there ;)

I was thinking about vote stuff in server, we have vote in web and we can see all votes saved, but in server votes are just displayed, but nowhere saved.

Can somebody make plugin like this:

Admin create vote in server (amx_vote "Do you like pizza ?" "yes" "no")
1) Need to create vote.txt file in amxmodx/data/vote
2) And in vote.txt are recording all day votes

Later i can create a .php file for this plugin and all server votes will be send to the web.

Is this plugin posible to script ?

If somebody can create this plugin, i will send to him a .php file. So he can edit his topic and add a .php file.
