Can you guys give me all the (actively developed) stats/rank app for HL/HL2 games?

I only know a couple right now.

HLStatsX CE*
GameTracker's Player/Server Stats (?) - Can this be considered stats/rank?

If you are including Game Tracker, I'm pretty sure that you can dig up some similar sites. Example: http://www.serverspy.net/
is somewhat decent.

I doubt you would find that many and it's so much easier to use an integrated database rather than one that's purely "online" such as Pyschostats.

Wait you mean like without having a need for a SQL db? if you're just looking for a stand-alone plug-in I don't know one. But HLStatsX has one (IIRC). So it has both in-game and web front-end.

Don't I have to pay for HLstatsX? I can't really find any info about how to install it.

HLStatsX CE (Community Edition) is free. All you have to worry about is who's going to host the MySQL db, Perl, PHP and web server.
