One Question

When You Are Setting Up The Advatar In Your Profile

Which One Do You Put It In + What's The URL?

Here's Where my Pictures Are

Make a random image script, use .htaccess to make the server read (for example) .PNG files as .PHP.

you might want to consider resizing some of the images however
