Ok go easy on me but I have been used to HLDS/AMX way of setting up a server, since I decided to make my own L4D server its been very difficult. I am running windows and I want to know when I download a plugin, what is the step by step procedure to getting the plugin added and working. I will list my problems here, thank you in advance for all the help.
1> Bot tank spawns during versus (i dont want that to happen, I only want humans to be tank)
2> There's a freeze-time like in cs (i dont want that to happen)
3> I drop SOME plugins into the plugins folder and they still dont work (tried plugin_load...do i have to name them in a list like in AMX?
4> How do I know what plugins are running in console like in AMX (amx_plugins)
5> Server constantly says X/18 players
6> Server is supposed to be Versus only but even after changing game mode it returns to coop or survivor ( i created a server.cfg file already and installed DIRECTOR ENFORCER)
7> One more thing I noticed...people are complaining that they wanted to join a campaign but found themselves in my Versus server, I cant figure that out, my server is only supposed to be Versus and I checked the map to make sure it says "vs" in it
